2. Key Documents
2.1 Cultural Enterprise: E-bulletin Evaluation. 2005
Earlier this year we conducted an evaluation of the e-bulletin. We did this to find out what our readers think of the content and format of the bulletin and to find out more about what they do with the information. We also wanted to find out if the subscribers know about other Cultural Enterprise services and their opinions on future developments.
The results were very encouraging with 33% of the respondents rating the service as good, 42% rating the service as very good and 15% rating it as excellent.
However, we are not resting on our laurels — the information we gathered will help us ensure that the e-bulletin will continue to be useful to the readers as well as helping us decide on future developments such as the development of an online forum.

2.2 Cultural Enterprise Annual Report 2003-2004
The annual report contains information about Cultural Enterprise's work, how to access the services we provide, who works for us and who some of the client businesses are that we have assisted. The report aims to be a useful document doubling up as a directory of services.
